"I have been taking Puraz for the past 2 months, and would just like to
let you know of some of the benefits I have noticed it has given me
since 2 weeks into taking it. There are so many it would take me writing
a book to tell them all.
    With having had 4 children, it is common for ladies like myself to loose
a certain amount of control over the bladder. 2 weeks after taking Puraz
I noticed, I could sneeze, run cold water and not have to make a mad
dash for the toilet.
    I gave up work 3 years ago as my right shoulder lost most of it's
function. Sent to a Specialist they gave me a cortisone in injection
which worked for about a year, but due to the fact I get eczema, I
refused a second one, as the eczema became more intense. The shoulder
had a lot of fluid, showing there was something wrong, but the
Specialist could not tell me what the problem is with my right shoulder
even after having a Scan. My left shoulder has a Rotary Cuff. So imagine
a lady with both of her shoulders basically out of action. Hanging out
the washing was a chore in itself. In fact just about everything I did
to do with using my arms became something I dreaded. I would have to sit
down, so my granddaughter could sit on my knee, as I got to the stage
where it was too painful to lift her up anymore. I hated having to go
out anywhere, as I would have to put bra's on, which became painful and
uncomfortable to wear. My husband did the majority of the grocery
shopping, excuses were made for not visiting friend etc. When I went
out, I would wear baggy tops, to hide the fact I wasn't wearing bra's,
or carry by bag up to my chest. Now I have the mobility back in my
right shoulder, can swing it around in circles, behind my back. It's
wonderful. My left one is getting more mobile every day, can put that
behind my back also. Can move it up and down with out the horrible pain
I used to have. Awesome. My sleep pattern was disruptive, there wasn't a
night where didn't have an uninterrupted sleep, because of the pain. Puraz
has given me a good night's sleep.  Absolutely marvelous sleeps.
    The discomfort and pain I was in took control over my life so much, it's
only now writing this that I am realizing how much control it taken from
me.
    In my younger days, I was a fitness fanatic, doing Jane Fonda workout
tapes, right up to her Athletic tape. 3000 skips per day. In my 1989 I
worked at BHP NZ Steel for 5 years, In their Mechanical Testing
Department. There was a lot of very heavy lifting involved, my favourite
joke at the time was "we were paid body builders". I loved the position,
it was like doing a workout while being paid for it. I just didn't
realise what damage it was doing to my body. My wrists, elbows and knees
became so bad, I couldn't even carry a bag of groceries. The doctor put
me on Voltaren for 2 years solid, telling me I would have to have the
cartilage taken out of my knees eventually. Not wanting to loose parts
of my body, I didn't complain again about my knees. But I haven't been
able to kneel without any sort of pain for many years, in the past 4
years I have refrained from kneeling as much as possible. Which was
quite sad, as my granddaughter and I had a lot of fun crawling around
the floor together when she was younger. I have 2 daughters pregnant at
the moment, and I said to my husband when they first fell pregnant, what
I was going to miss with these grandchildren, was not, being the fit Nan
I was with Courtney. Now I can kneel with only slight pain, and I am
convinced, very soon there won't be any pain. The constant swelling has
gone down, and I even have dimples again hahaha.
    There is so much more I have say, I could write a book on what has
improved since taking your wonderful, marvelous Puraz.
    I realise this must sound ridiculous, far fetched, and unbelievable but
this is all absolutely 100% true.
    Best discovery since the light bulb. You might wonder why I say light
bulb. It's that Puraz has given me back the light in my life, in only 2
months. I am so happy these days, the pain is nothing today, compared to
what it was like 2 months ago. I feel renewed, revived, elated.
    The old me is coming back, all because of your Puraz.
    Thank you Puraz, and my husband of course, as, if it wasn't for him, I
wouldn't have started my journey with Puraz.
    Also thank you for the Manicure Set, absolutely lovely, perfect gift, as
my nails are soft now not hard and I have started painting them again.
